Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

Prices include the tour guide services as described. Prices do not include travel to and from tour locations, entrance fees to historical sites where applicable, meals, or personal expenses.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required in advance of the scheduled tour date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between three and seven days before the tour date will receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than three days before the tour date are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Arriving at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time
• Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor walking and variable weather
• Informing us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect participation
• Following safety instructions provided by tour guides
• Respecting historical sites and following all site-specific rules and regulations

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in our tours involves walking on potentially uneven terrain, exposure to weather conditions, and visits to historical structures that may have hazards inherent to their age and design.

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, we cannot guarantee a risk-free experience. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink-gorge shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered by participants during or as a result of tours, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
